Joining the 1910 League is simple: Just follow us on Instagram if you want to stay informed, and show up for the next practice. All you need to bring is a baseball glove. All you need to wear is something you can run in.

The 1910 League is a simple idea: We just want to play some old-school baseball on the weekends. In the spirit of old-school ball, we use wooden bats, no batting gloves, and play anywhere we can. New stuff is okay—bring a Gatorade if you want—but I don't recall Ty Cobb needing any goddamn electrolytes.
Our general skill level is in the “very amateur” range. Even if we only play catch for an hour, we just want to play the game we love anywhere we can. But day games only, of course. I don't recall Honus Wagner playing baseball at night.
